How can I register as an artist?
First, thanks for your interest in the Jazz fest! Unfortunately we do not “audition” bands for the Jazz Festival – rather we leave that up to the venues themselves! However, you are welcome to submit your band to our Jazz Artists Database and as long as you follow the rules, we’ll add you to our growing list of Hudson Valley Jazz Artists. Just think about it – FREE advertising for you/your band!
The Database will be fully indexed and searchable too! Please go to the Jazz Artists Database Page and click the button to submit your band. Be sure to include your contact information so we can get in touch!
How much do tickets cost?
How can I become a sponsor?
We accept both individual sponsors and corporate or organizational sponsors at the Hudson Valley Jazz Fest and we invite sponsorship at any level at anytime! For individuals we have sponsorship levels that range from $20 to $2,500; for corporations or organizations we accept sponsorships from $5,000 to $15,000. We also accept “host” sponsorships from venues that are able to host a show during the festival. This is a great opportunity to pack your restaurant or bar with patrons and get some great music for free! All we need is you to sign on for one or more shows!
